撮影後のフィルムに通常では有りえない（やってはいけない）過剰な現像処理を施した結果、イメージを記憶した乳剤は剥離し、ボロボロのフィルムになってしまった。 映像を「見る」という行為は、一体何を見ているのだろうか？被写体を認識できるか出来ないか、その極限に達したイメージは、激しい明滅のリズムを伴い、鑑賞者の知覚を揺さぶる。
As a result of the excessive (and normally unacceptable) developing process after shooting, the emulsion has peeled off. What exactly are moving images? The image, which reaches such an extreme that the audience may or may not be able to recognise the subject, is accompanied by an intense rhythm of flicker that shakes the viewer’s perception.
